Not flexible

When someone is in an emergency situation it would be good to have a preferred message be the default message. Scrolling through car accident, etc. to "send help" or "heart attack" should not be required. Want to improve this app? Make it a one press, multiple notification message with the option of saying something other than man down. I see the benefit and potential but its clumsy and a person with medical emergency should be first in terms of design.
